Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and the parties

The Service is a technical platform that lets customers book appointments with independent salons and lets salons manage their schedule, customers, and payments. Each booking is a contract between you and the salon — the platform is not a party to that contract. The salon is the merchant of record for any payment associated with a booking; funds settle directly to the salon's account through the payment provider.

3. Account

You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to register an account. You may sign in with email + password or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Cancellation windows, no-show rules, and any required deposit are set by each salon and shown at the time of booking. Refunds for prepaid services follow the salon's stated policy; where the salon fails to deliver the booked service you are entitled to a full refund. Where the booking falls under Forbrukerkjøpsloven, your statutory consumer rights apply on top of the salon's policy.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider on a hosted page. The Service never sees or stores your full card number. Receipts are emailed automatically after each transaction and remain available in your account.

6. Right of withdrawal

For services booked for a specific date and time, the right of withdrawal under Angrerettloven § 22 m does not apply once the appointment is confirmed. You may still cancel under the salon's policy (see §4).

7. Photos and content you upload

You retain ownership of any photos or text you upload (avatar, notes). You grant the Service and the salon you booked with a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display the content as needed to deliver the booking and to operate your account.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to harass salons or other customers, to make fraudulent bookings, to scrape data, to submit malicious or copyrighted content, or to circumvent platform security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are liable for direct losses caused by gross negligence on our part. Indirect, consequential or commercial losses are excluded to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue may be brought to Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) or to the ordinary courts, with Oslo tingrett as the agreed first venue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
