Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work the same way. We use them to keep the Service working and — only with your consent — to measure traffic and personalise content.

2. Your choices

On your first visit we ask for consent. Strictly-necessary cookies are always on because the Service cannot work without them; every other category loads only after you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

3. Categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for sign-in, security and your booking session — these set no marketing cookies and cannot be switched off:

  • Authentication — HTTP-only session and rotating refresh tokens that keep you signed in.
  • Security — CSRF protection and rate limiting.
  • Preferences — your language and theme choice, so the site remembers how you left it.

Functional (consent)

Remembers optional preferences and enables embedded widgets a salon may add. Loads only after you accept.

Analytics (consent)

Helps us and the salon understand how the site is used so it can be improved (for example Google Analytics). Loads only after you accept. No cross-site advertising profiles are built.

Marketing (consent)

Lets us and partners measure campaigns and show relevant offers (for example a Meta Pixel). Loads only after you accept.

4. Cookies set by salons

Individual salons may enable their own analytics or marketing tags on their booking page. These run through the same consent banner — they load only if you have granted the matching category. The salon is responsible for the tags it enables.

5. How long they last

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Your consent choice is remembered for up to six months, after which we ask again. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. More information
