Getting started
Create an account with email + phone or sign in with Google, pick a salon, choose your service and time, and you'll have a confirmed booking in under a minute. The salon receives the booking immediately.

How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from your account page and tap "Cancel". Each salon sets its own cancellation window — you'll see the deadline and any cancellation fee before you confirm. If you paid a deposit, the refund follows the salon's policy.
How do I reschedule?
Cancel the existing booking and place a new one. We're working on a one-click reschedule that keeps the deposit attached.
I didn't get a confirmation email
Check the spam folder. If it's still missing, open the booking from your account and tap "Resend confirmation", or contact support.
Is my payment secure?
Card details are entered directly on the payment provider's hosted page — they never touch our servers. The provider is PCI-DSS-certified. We store only the last four digits of the card and the provider's transaction reference, used for receipts and refunds.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account page → Privacy → Delete account. We anonymise identifying fields within 30 days, except where bookkeeping law requires us to keep the booking record for five years (see Privacy Policy §5).
I'm a salon owner — how do I sign up?
Email hello@example.com with your salon details. We'll get back to you with onboarding steps the same week.
